Return and Refund Policy

All regular-priced items are subject to a refund or exchange. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return/exchange it within 21 days, from the date your order was originally received. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying for returning shipping. Once an item has been exchanged it is no longer eligible for an additional exchange. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

The items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Merchandise appears to be worn, used, or otherwise in a non-salable condition cannot be returned.

Please allow 4-7 business days for us to process your return, refund or exchange request. All items purchased online using discount codes or whose price is explicitly published as promotional are considered final sales and are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive and validated your products a promotional code will be issued via email. This code may be used towards the purchase of any available items.

Please complete a refund request on your order history here; our team will respond to you as soon as possible with the return address and instructions. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation on any order until they have ship confirmed, however please be aware that this is only a request; a cancellation request may not be successful depending on how far in processing the order is. If an order cancellation is necessary, please send a message to customer@jeansalien.com.

We will credit cancelled orders in the form of payment used. We will not credit or reissue promotional codes used on a cancelled order.

The company reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive return history indicative of “ward-robing,” an irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or, potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Additionally, the company reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity due to similar actions as noted above. Non-Alien Jeans items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
