Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love each and every purchase. That’s why all products have a 30-day warranty against manufacturing and material defects (outside of normal wear and tear). Products that show signs of defect must be returned within 30 days from purchase. If we determine that your garment is defective, we’ll send you a voucher to order a replacement. Please note that lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, and items purchased using a voucher cannot be returned. Our warranty policy allows for the submission of one product per claim form, with a maximum of three claims per consumer within a six-month period. This limit applies regardless of whether the claims are accepted or rejected. Please be aware that Alien Jeans LLC. reserves the right to modify or terminate this policy at any time without notice. Any claims exceeding the limit of three will not be accepted.
If we determine that your garment is not defective via photo proof we will notify you with a letter of explanation. If a defect cannot be determined with the images you provide, you will be asked to send in the garment for inspection. If you physically sent in your garment for inspection, and we determined that it was not defective, we will return the item back to you, at your expense, along with a letter of explanation. The decisions made are final and the garment cannot be returned for a re-inspection.

All regular-priced items are subject to a refund or exchange. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return/exchange it within 21 days, from the date your order was originally received. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying for returning shipping. Once an item has been exchanged it is no longer eligible for an additional exchange. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

The items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Merchandise appears to be worn, used, or otherwise in a non-salable condition cannot be returned.

Please allow 4-7 business days for us to process your return, refund or exchange request. All items purchased online using discount codes or whose price is explicitly published as promotional are considered final sales and are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
